Our coordinating and consulting services are designed to support government and non government agencies
to undertaking activities, in our independent capacity, in relation to Sport for All, Active Living, Leisure,
Recreation, Physical Activity and Physical Education. This, for example, may involve coordinating all the third
sector agencies for government consultation papers and policy documents.
Events & Project Management
Our project and event management services will help organisations to achieve project goals and activity
objectives within the scope, time, and budgetary constraints of our partners, affiliates and organisations. We
do this by optimising the allocation of resources and integrate the inputs that will ensure successful
deliverables e.g. conferences, corporate launches, sports day, prize giving ceremony and sports carnival.
Faciliation & Mediation
Our facilitation services will enable us to act as a neutral third-party providing guidance to design and
manage a group communication process to resolve a problem or address issues facing individuals and
organisations. Whereas our mediation services involves MARFIMA serving as a neutral third-party assisting
individuals and organisations in resolving disputes, or at least narrowing the issues, in a manner that is
acceptable to all parties.
Affiliates, Partners & Stakeholder Support

Advocacy & Campaigns
Our advocacy and campaigns services are targeted actions designed to seek support for a particular policy
position or proposal related to Sport for All, Active Living and Recreation. They are often directed towards
governments and seek to influence national laws, public policy and government spending. Campaigns to
improve access to sporting provision for disabled children and access to leisure facilities for women and girls
are examples of campaigns that relate to our work.
